What is Side Door?
We have teamed up with a third-party fulfillment partner called SideDoor, whose outstanding team is responsible for managing all aspects of order fulfillment and customer service. Additionally, we rely on SideDoor to handle order fulfillment for our clients' projects when we are contracted to provide procurement services.
Will the items have tracking?
Throughout the shipping process, you will receive regular email updates regarding the status of your order as each piece is shipped. Typically, shipping is facilitated via a freight carrier, and they will contact you to schedule a delivery time to your residence. We would like to highlight that we have no control over lead times associated with the manufacturer or any potential delays caused by back-ordered pieces or freight delivery disruptions.
What is the return policy?
Regrettably, we cannot process returns, cancellations, or exchanges for items that are not damaged during shipping. As all products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, all sales are considered final. We kindly request that you carefully examine all items upon delivery and promptly take pictures of any product or packaging damages.
What is a "White Glove" delivery service?
When checking out, you have the option to purchase a white glove delivery service for an additional fee if it is available for your selected item. The white glove service encompasses package removal, light assembly, and placement in your preferred location (which is highly recommended for larger furniture items). If you choose not to add this service, your items will only be delivered to your door (threshold).
What if I recieved a damaged item?
SideDoor is responsible for managing all damage claims, and it is imperative that they are promptly notified of any such issues. We require all damage claims to be reported to SideDoor within 48 hours of delivery to enable them to arrange for the necessary repair or replacement of the damaged item. Do the products come in alternative sizes or colors?
